Job Description

Implement and monitor the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management System and safety programmes.

Conduct regular site safety inspections, identify hazards and ensure appropriate risk control measures are implemented.

Review and monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.

Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, WSH requirements, company policies and client requirements.

Conduct safety briefings and WSH inductions, and promote a positive safety culture across project sites.

Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, identify root causes and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor WSH performance and support internal, external and regulatory audits and inspections.

Maintain safety records, reports and statutory documentation.

Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Provide WSH advice to management and site personnel and recommend improvements to safety practices.
Requirements
-
WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health, BSCC or equivalent certification.
-
Preferably 6 years of relevant construction working experience.

Good knowledge of WSH regulations, risk management and workplace safety practices.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Willing to work at project sites located in Jurong Island.
-
Possess own transport to travel to project sites and work locations as required.
