 Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, revise, and update civil, structural, architectural, shop, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop detailed construction and coordination drawings based on project requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings, designs, and specifications accurately.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on drawing requirements.
• Assist with drawing submissions to clients, consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Conduct site visits and measurements to verify conditions and update drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper drawing records, revisions, and document control.
• Support project teams in resolving drawing discrepancies and coordination issues.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Attend site visits when required for drawing verification and project coordination.

Job Requirements

• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Building, Drafting, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Able to prepare and modify construction, structural, civil, shop, and as-built drawings independently.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of BIM/Revit software will be an advantage.
• Familiar with local construction practices and authority requirements.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
