Job Descriptions

To oversee all WSH related initiatives;
To recommend practicable measures to help protect employees from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials;
To inspect or evaluate workplace environments, equipment, or practices to ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations;
To investigate accidents to identify causes or to determine how such accidents might be prevented in the future;
To manage WHS programme and promote awareness to all stakeholders;
To liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders on all safety and health issues;
Any other duties and responsisbility as assigned

Job Requirements:

Possess a valid registration with MOM as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO)
Candidates with at least 5 years of experience (post-registration) highly preferred
Candidates with prior experience in construction industry highly preferred
Candidates with Managing Work At Heights Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with Confined Space Safety Assessor Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with Lifting Supervisor Course Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates with First Aid Course Certification will be advantageous;
Candidates must be willing to work in construction environment
Experience in EPC on government project will be an added advantage.
